About the role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Office/Accounts/Service Administrator to join our team. This varied and hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership over their work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable supporting multiple functions including administration, accounts, service coordination and store/warehouse tasks when required.
You will play an essential role in the smooth running of our branch operations. This position provides support across:
Office Administration
Front desk reception and customer service
Email and phone enquiries
Coordinating office supplies, filing and general admin support
Scheduling service jobs, liaising with customers and technicians
Accounts support:
Accounts payable – invoice processing, supplier statements, follow-ups
Accounts receivable – raising invoices, receipting payments, customer queries
Daily banking, reconciliation and basic financial administration
Service Coordination:
Booking service jobs and managing service documentation
Preparing job sheets, purchase orders and compliance records
Supporting the service team with workflow management
Stores and Warehouse Assistance (as required):
Receiving and dispatching goods
Picking and packing orders
Assisting with stock takes and inventory control.
This is a dynamic role that suits someone who enjoys variety and likes being a key support person for the branch.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in office administration and accounts support
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable learning technical products and systems
A communicator who builds strong internal and external relationships
Computer savvy with experience using accounting or ERP systems (desirable)
Willing to assist in the warehouse when needed
