About the role
We are seeking a friendly, organised and reliable Receptionist/Office Administrator All-rounder to join our Kilsyth Melbourne branch on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is highly organised, and takes pride in being the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the branch by providing reception, administrative and office support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Front of house reception duties, including answering phone and greeting visitors
General office administration and data entry
Supporting accounts functions (account payable/receivable assistance)
Assisting with service administration and job documentation
Coordinating office supplies and stationery
Supporting branch staff with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
About You
Previous experience in reception or office administration (essential)
Experience with accounting or service administration is highly regarded
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
A team player who can also work independently
