About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Store person and Service Repairs Assistant to join our team.  This hands-on role supports our warehouse operations while assisting the service and repairs team with the handling, preparation and dispatch of industrial tools and equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, likes being part of a close-knit team, and is looking to build a long-term career in an industrial or technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Receiving, checking, picking, packing and dispatching stock

•   Maintaining accurate inventory and warehouse organisation

•   Assisting with service and repair jobs, including cleaning, testing, tagging and preparing tools

•   Logging service jobs and updating systems accurately

•   Supporting calibration, test and tag, and basic equipment checks (training provided)

•   Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised warehouse and workshop environment.

About You

• Experience in a warehouse, stores, or service support role

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

• Excellent time management, customer service and organisational skills    

•  Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Comfortable with manual handling tasks

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Computer literate

• A safety focused attitude

• A current Forklift licence (a must have) and Australian drivers licence

• Experience with tools, equipment or mechanical servicing

• Exposure to industrial, mining, electrical or hydraulic equipment

• Ability to pass medicals (including drug and alcohol screening
