About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Office Administrator Allrounder to join our Sydney Head Office team in Carlton NSW.
This is a full-time position supporting the financial and administrative operations of the branch. The role combines accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general office administration duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and accountability.
About You
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Providing general office administration and branch support
Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records
Undertake all Accounts Payable and Receivable activities.
Follow up outstanding debtors.
Running monthly Debtor statements, for NSW and NT
Extensive liaison with customers and Account Managers regarding accounts
Undertake banking activities.
Receipting in goods
Enter invoices into Momentum Pro regarding Batching
Maintaining Creditor Watch through emails
Remittance advice overseas payments
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Reconcile Amex/Mastercard statements.
Freight calculation and maintain Cario platform
Each accounts payrun EFT sure data needs to be completed and approved prior to payrun payment.
Ad hoc accounting duties
Office Administration
Provide high level administrative support to the Branch Manager and staff.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
Validate freight invoices for payment approvals and sourcing proof of deliveries and con notes.
Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Sales order invoicing & cash sale payment, eftpos, processing of customer invoices and branch pick slips when required.
General administrative duties such as filing.
Adhere to company safety standards.
Ad hoc duties as required
