About the role

We are seeking an Internal Salesperson to join our team in Willetton Perth Branch so that we are able to keep up with the demand from our customers. You must be an energetic person who is motivated and able to focus on managing relationships with existing customers, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and follow up on leads and quotations.

The role but not limited to:

• Previous Technical Sales experience in Hydraulics industry with working knowledge would be highly desirable.

• Strong client liaison and relationship building skills.

• Well-developed communication and negotiation skills.

• A positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Meet sales targets and KPI's

• Developing business relationships and providing an exceptional level of customer service

• Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

• Effective planning and managing time to ensure maximum results are achieved

• Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised.

• Be a supportive team player

About You

This role is ideal for a team player with a background in customer service across trade and services or electrical who are eager to grow and succeed, if you come with a customer services skills and interested in Hydraulics, we are able to train you our products and services.

We are a small team environment with long-term career development. Once you have established a good understanding and product knowledge this role could progress to an external sales role where travel is required.

Your experience:

• Sales/customer service background. Experience in trades/services, electrical supply advantageous.

• High energy, self-motivation

• Savvy with systems of Microsoft, CRM

• A valid driver’s license.
