An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Technical Salesperson to join our highly dedicated team in our Perth office based in Willetton. Ideally, we are looking for a young person with knowledge or experience in the Mining, Electrical and related sectors.
About the role
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails and enquiries to convert sales and deliver great customer service
Proactivity grow your pipeline (new customers, campaigns, follow-ups)
Process quotes and orders accurately in Mopro system
Build strong customer relationships while managing pricing, margin, and overall customer experience
Driving sales and generating new business leads through proactive outbound calling
Providing technical advice and support to customers over the phone
Effectively planning and managing time to ensure maximum results are achieved
Supporting external sales staff in developing and converting business/sales opportunities
Successfully meeting sales targets and KPIs.
Receiving, picking, packing and despatching of goods
About You
This role is ideal for a team player with a background in customer service across trade and services or electrical who are eager to grow and succeed, if you come with a customer services skills and interested in Hydraulics, we are able to train you our products and services.
The ideal candidate with have:
A minimum of 2 years sales experience in customer service/sales including inbound/outbound calls
Permanent Australian residency
Proficient in English language
Strong client liaison and relationship building skills
Well-developed communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
An excellent phone manner and computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
Technical sales experience in hydraulic, electrical or mechanical industry experience preferred; however, training will be provided
