About the Role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity where you will take ownership of an established portfolio while identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across the region. This role offers more than just sales — it’s about becoming a trusted technical partner to customers while building a long-term career with Specialised Force. You will focus on building long-term customer relationships in a technical, solutions-focused sales role backed by a respected national brand.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of your region by managing and growing an existing portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue and GP targets, and executing a clear regional business plan
Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities to expand the customer base and grow market presence across the region
Build long-term partnerships with customers and decision-makers by delivering exceptional service, conducting regular site visits, and providing trusted technical advice.
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations and proposals while leveraging market insights to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal sales, service, and operational teams while maintaining accurate CRM records, pipeline activity, and sales reporting to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or solution-based B2B sales, with a strong focus on business development and growth
Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted customer partnerships and identify commercial opportunities
Excellent planning, organisation, and account management capability, with confidence in qualifying opportunities and progressing sales conversations
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven, with the ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing team environment
Experience within hydraulics, industrial tools, electrical, mechanical, or related industries will be highly regarded, along with confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
